IDC-Water Cooling Series

The water cooling series include in-row liquid-cooled CDUs and rack-mounted liquid-to-liquid CDUs. The in-row CDU is primarily composed of a chassis, water pump, plate heat exchanger, valves, expansion tank, and piping. It transfers heat through the plate heat exchanger, delivering cooled liquid to the heat source to absorb heat. The heated liquid then returns to the plate heat exchanger for heat exchange. Its power coverage ranges from 100 kW to 2 MW.

The rack-mounted CDU satisfies the heat dissipation capacities of 10kW/20kW, 50kW/80kW/100kW per unit, offering strong cooling performance. Equipped with a built-in plate heat exchanger, its primary side connects to chillers, dry coolers, or cooling towers, while the secondary side connects to the heat loads. The internal pump provides the circulation power, offering thermal support for new or retrofitted small computer rooms and high-power-density cabinets
